Now set the title and Content for the FBML Tab.Here I have used Welcome as the title and Image as the content in the field of the box and Save.

Now you are don editing the FBML box for your Page.Now you have to keep the FBMl tab as the default tab for the new users.For that Goto Edit Page as in the above step and click Wall settings.

Now choose the FBML tab as the default landing Tab for everyone else to keep the Tab as default for the users.

Now you are done.Try your Facebook page by clearing browser cookies or try with another Facebook Id.This is how my landing Page looks like.
