I havent used wordpress yet!

I am about to start an experiement to see how usable I find it, how seo friendly it is and generaly get more to grips with it. Some of the templates available are lovely!

I have seen that you have to pay extra for the SEO elements within Wordpress though, but Im not sure what these are and how much it costs?
