Can someone please help me, to get a decent page rank does it need to show up in google webmaster tools? I have heaps of quality backlinks and they don’t show up in web master tools, does that mean that google hasn’t found my back links and i won’t be ranked for them?

First Of all Shifting your blog to .info was bad idea.It would have been better if it was .com, .org or .co.uk better than .info .Google takes some days to catch your Updates. If the PR is Updated soon, PR will be linked to your old domain name hacktutors.blogspot.com. So If you dont get updated this time, better luck next time. Its the only option you got.
